Dow up almost 200 points, S&P 500 flips positive following 17th record high this year

U.S. stocks were mostly higher Wednesday as investors shrugged off a somewhat hotter-than-expected February inflation report and digested gains in the previous session that propelled the S&P 500 to its 17th record high of the year.
